While there is a list of ingredients on each package, products are produced on shared lines , so there is a possibility of cross contact. Remove from oven again and smooth the chocolate with a butter knife so it covers the whole crust layer. They are usually made of sugar, confectioners’ glaze, coloring, and carnauba wax, which don’t contain gluten.
